Report technical difficulties

We recommend guests visiting the CONNEXT-platform to use a computer if possible (Mac or PC). Our platform however also runs on tablets and is optimized for smartphones.

Please, make sure you have a good internet connection and opt for a wired connection to watch films and pitches.

The CONNEXT-platform has been developed and tested on following browsers: Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Android. The platform also runs on Apple Safari and Apple iOS Safari however you will need to manually re-enter your CONNEXT login credentials when switching between the flandersimage.com, screener.be and CONNEXT platforms.

If by mistake you’ve entered a wrong time zone during your first login, you can contact us via connext@vaf.be to have it manually changed.
